CWAG takes charge! The new group Citizens with a Grudge is taking charge around here from now on. CWAG (pronounced "swag") is for you if you ever wanted to get even (or even better than even) with a public official who "done you wrong". The watchword of this group is "Throw the Rascals Out!" A phrase with a lot of history. It was used first, I think, on Adam and Eve.
